Billed 50% at kickoff and 50% at the readout, or across two budget years, by purchase order. Credited in full toward a Comprehensive Assessment ordered, by signed proposal or purchase order, within 90 days of your readout.

Everything in Foundation, plus every finding sequenced into a 30/90/365-day roadmap with an owner, an effort estimate and the grant or budget line it maps to; AI readiness and governance for the Copilot and Purview questions your commissioners are asking; and the first "fix first" item configured before we leave.

Billed by milestone or across two budget years, by purchase order. Order the Security Implementation Package within 90 days of your readout date and the full Comprehensive Assessment fee is credited against its price. An order is a signed proposal or a purchase order dated within those 90 days.

Days 1 to 30: by day 14, the license-to-control gap in hand and the first fix switched on; by day 30, you know where you stand. Days 31 to 60: the blueprint, workshopped with your officers and accepted by your board. Days 61 to 90: the first three roadmap items under way, the grant application drafted, and a quarterly review your board can hold us to.

If your board does not adopt the roadmap as a planning document at the readout, we revise it and present again at no charge until it does. Adopting means taking it as the plan, not funding every line. Three monthly invoices of $11,667, $11,667 and $11,666, or across two budget years, by purchase order. Month three can be month one of a Managed Services Agreement at the MSA rate, with no gap. The Partnership fee is not credited toward a Security Implementation Package. Days 61 to 90 already start the first three roadmap items, so there is no separate Implementation to credit against. Anything after day 90 is quoted on its own.
