A 90-day sprint for up to 15 people from one organization. You leave with your own written line for what AI may and may not touch, three workflows running by day 90, your procedures and templates written with you, and Copilot switched on where you already license it. Six group sessions, every other week, and a monthly office hour. After the sprint, AI Coach keeps it going: a group session and an office hour each month, one new workflow a month, and a quarterly re-check of your line.

The sprint: $4,500 per organization, or three monthly payments of $1,500. AI Coach: $750 a month.

Coaching works on everyday work: letters, reports, schedules, policies. It never opens patient records or criminal justice information.

A new cohort starts the first Tuesday of each month, three organizations at most.
